My personal experience with Manuka Honey

Manuka Honey severely reduced my knee pain due to it's anti-inflammatory properties. This allowed me to continue playing basketball and running on the beach, ultimately enjoying the New Zealand lifestyle pain free. I would take half a tablespoon after dinner with dark chocolate, which not only gave me amazing health benefits but was also so delicious I no longer craved sweet foods which are high in harmful refined sugars.

UMF™ - Unique Manuka Factor is an indicator of quality and purity of Mānuka honey. UMF™ is a complete and advanced grading system. It includes the measurement of MG (MGO) (methylglyoxal) levels, but also includes additional testing of authenticity markers of the Manuka Honey.

MGO - short for methylglyoxal, the naturally occurring compound that makes Mānuka honey so unique. An MGO rating is a standardized measure of methyglyoxal content and is an indicator of quality.
